Spring begins Friday and although temperatures have been giving Portland a nice preview, a slow-moving cold front is on its way that will bring some rain, and cooling temps. The National Weather Service says the front will linger along the coast much of Friday but then move inland bringing showers by the late afternoon and into the evening.
