The “Ides of March Blizzard” is over, but it’s going to take a while to move the historic amounts of snow. A Day is in effect as slippery conditions persist, especially during today’s morning commute.
Thanks to the wind gusting out of the northwest at 10 to 15 mph, the wind chill is in the teens and lower 20s.
TUESDAY: AM FIRST ALERT. Early AM Rain then becoming partly cloudy. Highs in the morning will slowly drop into the 30s by the afternoon. WSW winds will gust 30-40 mph. WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny with highs in the 20s and low 30s. NW wind 5-15 mph.

On Thursday, slight rain chances will return as temperatures warm above freezing throughout the day, with highs reaching the low 60s. By the end of the workweek, temperatures are expected to climb into the upper 60s and low 70s, with a slight chance of showers.
Despite the cold start, we’ll have a big warmup by midweek. These are the ideal days for outdoor plans! Highs will reach into the 60s Wednesday with even warmer days beyond that. Incredible warmth for the first day of Spring on Friday!
